"The party in question is two officials at PTPN XI who at the time of the incident were still active and three private parties," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 18.
Ali said the request for prevention of the five had been coordinated with the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
"The duration of preventing the next six months is until around December 2023 and can be extended as needs from the investigative team," he said.
The KPK also hopes that the parties who will be summoned by investigators will cooperate by fulfilling the summons and providing information in accordance with the facts.
