Polda Metro Still Investigating AG Obscenity Report

Polda Metro Jaya is still in the process of being investigated regarding reports of alleged molestation against AG's child (15) by the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo (20).

"Still in the process of being investigated. Of course there is a mechanism, in this case I cannot convey it related to the law in the context of children as victims of course," Trunoyudo said as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, May 20.

But Trunoyudo has not been able to explain the reason and has not been able to technically convey the investigation process that is being carried out.

"Of course we will later convey the progress to the victims from the investigators," he said.

"I appeal to remain in accordance with the mandate of the law and as to report child-friendly ones," he said.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya would follow up on reporting of attorneys for AG's son (15) Mangatta Toding Allo regarding the alleged molestation of children by the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo (20).

The police have received the report and will conduct a more in-depth investigation into the report.

"Yes, of course, Polda Metro Jaya will follow up with an investigation," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya when contacted in Jakarta, Tuesday (9/5).

The report was registered on Monday (8/5) with the number STTLP/B/2445/V/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA related to violations of Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 and Article 76 E in conjunction with Article 82 of the Child Protection Law.

The report is the third report because it was first on Tuesday (2/5), but was rejected because reporting of criminal acts against children had to be carried out by the parents/guardians of the complainant, not legal advisors.

Then the second report on Wednesday (3/5) was also rejected by the Metro Police on the grounds that it was necessary to conduct a post-mortem on the reporter first, even though at that time AG's child was at the detention center.

Meanwhile, regarding the legal process against Mario Dandy Satrio, Polda Metro Jaya has handed over the case file for the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) in the case of severe abuse against David Ozora (17) to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) on Wednesday (10/5).

Polda Metro Jaya is still waiting, whether the case files for the persecution with the suspects Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) are complete (P21) or not from the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office.
