Slawi Police evacuated dozens of victims of a tourist bus accident that entered the river around the Guci Tourism Object area, Bojong District, Tegal Regency, Central Java, Sunday afternoon. Not a bus entering a ravine, but entering the river," said Slawi Police Chief AKBP Mochammad Sajarod Zakun when confirmed by ANTARA quoted by ANTARA, Central Java, Sunday, May 7. According to him, the police are currently focusing on evacuating the injured victims to the Bojong Health Center, clinic, and local hospitals. "So, we are still focusing on handling the victim first. Regarding the cause of the accident, he said everything was still under further investigation. "We confirmed that the accident was not a bus into a ravine, but into the river. As for the problem, we'll just wait for the results to be informed," he explained. Based on the information gathered, the temporary suspicion that the cause of the Duta Wisata bus from Tangerang entered a ravine in the Awu River began when the bus driver was heating the engine at the parking location.
