Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Arsul Sani, said that the alleged leak of investigation documents in a case being handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) had occurred before the Firli Bahuri era.
This was said by Arsul in response to the former Chairman of the KPK Abraham Samad who commented on the fatality of the alleged leak of a secret KPK investigation document at the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (Ditjen Minerba) of the Ministry of Energy, Mineral Resources (ESDM).
"The investigative/dik document @KPK_RI is suspected of being leaked is not only now. When Bung Abrahan Samad led the KPK there were also allegations of the same leak," the PPP politician tweeted on his Twitter account, @arsul_sani, Saturday 15 April.
Arsul said that the completion of the alleged leak of the KPK investigation document should be submitted to law enforcement officials, not by enlivening it in the mass media of public information sources.
"The solution is not by exchanging words in the media, but by submitting it to the police law enforcement to be investigated," he said.
The polemic that is currently hitting the KPK has been reported to the Polda Metro Jaya.
In addition to the case of alleged leakage of investigative documents related to performance allowances (tukin) at the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Polda Metro Jaya also received 5 other police reports (LP) related to chaos at the KPK.
