The list of laws that will be merged into one bill with several substance changes including Law Number 4 of 1984 related to Infectious Disease Outbreaks, Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals.
Law Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health, Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine, Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practices, Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers, Law Number 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing, Law Number 4 of 2019 concerning Midwives, and Law Number 20 of 2013 concerning Medical Education.
"The proposal of the DPR is that there are four laws that will be changed. Our proposal is only two laws that have been changed," he said.
The laws proposed by the DPR are Law Number 20 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN), Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS, Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, and Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education.
