Posan Tobing Jalani Pemeriksaan Terkait Laporan Terhadap Personal Kotak, Tinggalkan Banyak Bukti

JAKARTA - Posan Tobing underwent an examination at the Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday, October 4 for his report on three Kotak personnel related to alleged violations of the Copyright Law.

Accompanied by his attorney, Posan Tobing answered 25 questions from investigators. He also submitted some evidence to strengthen his report.

"Everything has been explained earlier. There are a lot of evidence that we have submitted. We have conveyed it and given it to investigators," said Jerys Napitupulu, Posan's attorney to the media crew after the examination.

Meanwhile, some of the evidence submitted, including an official letter from WAMI stating that Posan Tobing was the songwriter and subpoena that was sent some time ago.

Posan himself is still firm in the statements he has made many times. He forbade Tantri, Cella and Chua as Kotak personnel to perform his songs

"What I don't allow, they sing my own works or my works together with them and also with other parties such as Bang Pay and Kak Dewiq," said Posan Tobing.

"So, I personally prohibit Tantri, Cella and Chua from bringing my works. After yesterday we subpoenaed it was ignored, even until now it is said that they are still bringing it," he continued.

Despite stating that he had apologized, Posan ensured that the legal process would continue. He felt the report he made was the best way to solve the problem.

"It turns out that the journey has come this far, right. So, like it or not, this must be carried out because this is the only way to get justice as an Indonesian citizen," said Posan Tobing.
