JAKARTA - The song titled Cikini Gondangdia from Duo Anggrek became a song that many people know after going viral on social media, although the song was actually released 8 years ago.

Putri and Devay are certainly grateful. With the increasingly known song Cikini Gondangdia, Duo Anggrek is also increasingly known to people. The dangdut duo was also increasingly invited to appear to sing.

"With our comeback again singing, the point is that Cikini Gondangdia is grateful that it has gone viral again. So, without us having to promo again to return to TV, this Cikini Gondangdia song makes us invited again off water or on air," said Devay in Thamrin, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, September 26.

The duo Anggrek is also proud of the song Cikini Gondangdia at the ASEAN Summit some time ago. For them, it is an honor, even though the song was sung by others.

"The response is grateful, thank God, even though it was not us who sang it, our song has been chosen," said Devay.

"The disappointment is a little, humane, because our song is not the one who sings, that's all. But we are happy, thank God, it turns out that our song was used at the ASEAN Summit," he continued.

Devay also talked about changing the duo Anggrek first and now. Apart from the changing personnel, their current style and image also changed.

It's more like a casual appearance now. Because in the past it was more like dresses, glamour, sexy and others, now it's more about casualness and sporty. Because the events are now longer in the afternoon, rarely at night. What we often sing also has to look casual and sporty, but adjust," concluded Devay.
