SEMA Show 2023, Hyundai Will Show Kona Modification Results With A Strong View

JAKARTA - The US-based international modifications, namely the Speciality Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show 2023, will take place from October 31 to November 3, 2023. Automotive manufacturers and company modifications as well as aftermarkets will showcase their modifications in an event held in Las Vegas.

Hyundai also participated in the event by introducing the Kona model which has undergone thorough modifications. This car is known as the Hyundai Kona Jayde Concept specifically designed for urban adventurers, featuring various interesting modification accessories.

Reported by Carscoops, Monday, October 30, the modification of this crossover is the result of a collaboration between the South Korean manufacturer and one of their subsidiaries, namely Hyundai Mobis.

Externally, it can be seen that this car has a more formidable appearance than standard Kona, with the addition of Air Design on its sporty front and rear wing. Robin Egg Blue Wrap's exterior color and 20-inch rim HRE 520M coated in black, which is surrounded by Michelin Pilot 4 S 235/40/ZR20 tires, are getting more and more attention.

To emphasize the tough impression, this car is equipped with an Alpine Thule Pulse cargo box mounted on the roof. The manufacturer also installed roof rail components and a Thule Epos bicycle carrier on the back, similar to off-road cars in general.

Not only on the exterior, but the inside of this car is also equipped with a Recaro Sportster CS which has a similar design to the GTI VW Golf. The company also added several original accessories such as luxury carpeted floor mats, door threshold plates, and reverse cargo reservoirs. This car is increasingly suitable for adventure with the existence of a 32K Scosche PowerUp portable charger and an InVert 200 DC-to-AC adapter that gives power to all types of electronic devices.

Although this South Korean manufacturer did not specify the specifications in detail, it can be ascertained that this modified car is based on Kona powered ICE with trim Limited. This means this model is equipped with a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine capable of generating up to 190 dk of power.
