Hyundai Presents Significant Updates In Elantra 2024

JAKARTA - A vehicle manufacturer from South Korea, Hyundai, recently launched an update on their sedan, Elantra, with the 2024 model for the North American market.

Hyundai's decision to provide updates to this sedan was not taken carelessly. Elantra has a long history and has been in great demand by North American consumers in recent years.

Hyundai Elantra 2024 has changed both in the exterior and interior. Overall, the latest Elantra design still follows the same design language, but Hyundai makes some changes that make this car look fresher.

According to Jose Munoz, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor North America, Elantra 2024 is the result of a manufacturer's commitment to presenting vehicles with advanced design and technology.

Even though the car market has stabilized, Hyundai remains committed to making the sedan an integral part of our product lineup, even as several other manufacturers have left this segment. Our vehicle portfolio remains diverse compared to the industry in general," Munoz said in a statement on Wednesday, August 30.

This sedan appears with a unique, firm, and brave character. Elantra 2024 gets a dynamic touch with a design that reminds the nose of the shark on the front, giving this vehicle an aggressive impression.

Other changes include changes to the front and rear fascia with the slimmer LED lights and the latest culling that blends with the body color. On the back, there is a gray U-patter diffuser.

The samping is also updated with the latest feder embedding, 15-, 16-17, and 18-inch alloy rim selection, as well as a trim in Pilar C that carries the theme of the Parametric Dynamics design.

The interior also experienced a refresh with a soft door panel, a new color palette, a 4.2-inch cluster instrument display, revised wireless charging, and the availability of two USB-C ports at the front and one at the back.

As a standard, there is also a 10.25-inch infotainment display, an audio system with six speakers, a WiFi hotspot, and a variety of other technologies such as Surround View Monitor, Blind-Spot View Monitor, and Parking Distance Warning - Forward & Reverse.

Elantra 2024 also offers increased security features that include airbags at the front and rear, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind-Spot Collision-Warning, and Near Cross Traffic Collision.

Although still relying on gasoline engines, Elantra 2024 has four engine options, namely a 2.0 liter engine, a 2.0 liter turbo engine, a 1.6 liter turbo engine, and a 1.6 liter hybrid version (HEV). The sedan will also be available in a version developed by Division N with a 2.0 liter turbo engine.

Although information about the price of Elantra 2024 has not been announced, Hyundai promised that this sedan will be available on the market this fall.
