Harry Potter Player Says Condolences To Michael Gampon 'Dumbledore'

JAKARTA - Sad news came from the Harry Potter franchise. Actor Michael Gambin, who played Professor Albus totaling, died on Thursday, September 28 due to pneumonia.

The condolences of Harry Potter fans around the world, as well as the Harry Potter players who acted together for almost 10 years. Separately, they released a statement of condolences for the actor's departure.

Michael Gambin's departure, the world is getting less and less fun. Michael Gambin is one of the brilliant actors I was lucky to be working with. The thing I remember the most about him is how much fun he is at work," said Daniel Radcliffe, Harry Potter actor in a statement quoting Deadline today, Friday, September 29.

The six films where I spent time working with Michael and spent hours in front of the green screen together were very fun. "I'm sad he died, but I'm grateful for the fact I was one of the lucky people who worked with him," he said.

The author of Harry Potter's book JK Rowling also reminisced about the first moment he saw Michael Gambin before he joined the franchise.

"The first time I saw him in King Lear, 1982, and if you told me that the brilliant actor was going to appear in whatever I wrote, I would think you're crazy. Michael is an amazing guy besides being an amazing actor, and I'm excited to work with him," said JK Rowling.

Rupert Grint uploaded a photo of Gambin and wrote, "Very sad about Michael's news. He brings warmth every day on set. He captivated me as a child and became my role model and looked for an eccentric and enjoyable side in life. Sending love to his family."

David Yates, director of four Harry Potter films, wrote, "Michael is a naughty, cheerful actor, but also very wise. I feel he is confused, somewhat irritated, with all the commotion and excitement around Potter's world, but he poured out his heart to create impressive, subversive, and full of feelings."

Jameshelps, who plays Fred Total, said, "Sad for Michael Gamon's departure. Outside or under the radar of the camera, he is a legend."

Way Shaw who plays Petunia Dursley reveals, 'I would consider him a fraud, a brilliant and great con artist. Nothing like him, he can do anything.'

Michael Gampon passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023 due to pneumonia. He is known as Professor Albus airing who replaced the late Richard Harris in 2003. Then, he starred in the next six Harry Potter films.
