Lim Soo Jung Happy Reunion With Kim Jee Won In The Film Cobweb

JAKARTA - Director Kim Jee Won's new film is one of the films that he has been waiting for. In addition to the story, the film Cobweb is also a reunion of Jee Won with several well-known actors, one of which is Lim Soo Jung.

The film Cobweb tells the story of the struggle of a director who wants to change the final scene of the film for the success of the box office. Lim Soo Jung plays Lee Min Ja, the wife of Kang Ho Se (played by Oh Jung Se).

Lim Soo Jung is back in collaboration with Kim Jee Won after first meeting in the film Tale of Two Sisters in 2003. The film made Lim Soo Jung's first acting debut as well as box office achievements for Jee Won.

"I can say when I first read the script, I thought, Min Ja's role should be for me!" Lim Soo Jung said at a press conference some time ago.

"In the script, Min Ja is described as an 80s actor, and because this is the first time I've played such a role, so I think this is a challenge," he said again.

The 44-year-old actress wants to work with Kim Jee Won since her first film. He also saw the feeling of working with the director could be felt in this project.

"I want to work with Kim Jee Won after the Tale of Two Sisters and I am honored to be working with him," said Lim Soo Jung.

"When filming Tale of Two Sisters it's like seeing Krystal (Jung) photographing Han Yu Rim, me too. I'm here to act as a veteran actress and it shows a running time and career and a big transition," he explained.

Even though he is a senior, Lim Soo Jung did an in-depth character to explore his character as Min Ja.

"Because the director wants us to take pictures in a unique atmosphere, I watch a lot of classic 80s.' In addition, we have a lot of amazing players so we try to take pictures of them. I believe this makes the film quality," he said again.

"There are many stories presented in this film, especially starring amazing casts, so don't hesitate to watch them," said Lim Soo Jung.

Apart from Lim Soo Jung, the film Cobweb also stars Song Kang Ho, Oh Jung Se, Jeon Yeo Been, and Krystal Jung. The film Cobweb will soon be shown in Indonesian cinemas.
