"As stipulated in Article 114 paragraph 1 sub-article 111 paragraph 1 of Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, with a maximum sentence of life imprisonment or the death penalty," said Syahduddi.
As far as the investigation has been carried out by the police, Oge Arthemus has planted marijuana at AH's residence for the past five months. The 44-year-old racer admitted that he consumed the marijuana he planted for personal purposes.
