Zenia Zein Calls Playing A Devil Is A Securities Experience

JAKARTA - Young actress Zenia Zein returns to play a demon in a horror film called Kutukan Sembilan Setan. This experience is not the first time for him, he has played a subtle creature in other horror films.

Namun, perannya kali ini disebut cukup berbeda. Pasalnya, Zenia merupakan salah satu dari sembilan satuan penunggu villa angker yang kemudian mengganggu lima teman yang tengah pergi hiburan.

Playing one of the nine demons, Zenia said the chemistry that was formed was quite unique. The different age of each actor, from children to adults, made the family atmosphere very strong.

"Our age (nine cast of demons) is different, some are even children. So, the chemistry on the set is like family," said Zenia Zein when visiting the VOI office in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta on Friday, June 9.

Being on set with other cast for a long time, Zenia called it a valuable experience. As a young actress, she feels she has learned a lot from those who are already more seniors.

"I learned a lot from them. So, this is a valuable experience for me. I'm really happy to have a new family on set," said Zenia.

Namun begitu, proses syuting yang dijalankannya bukan tanpa hambatan. Zenia mengaku terdapat cerita menyebar saat di lokasi syuting film Kutukan Sembilan Setan.

"Electricity at our basecamp suddenly die alone, even though it's not at another basecamp," he said.

The film Kutukan Sembilan Setan tells the story of five friends who go on vacation to Bromo and stay at a haunted villa. The five friends are Verdy (Fandy Christian), Lia (Denira Wiraguna), AJil Ditto), Miko (Joshua Suherman), and Sarah (Frislly Herlind).

Besides Zenia Zein and the five names above, this film also stars Fadlan Badminton, Brooklyn Alif Rea, Eric van Loon, Karenina, Fahira Almira, Geraldy Kreckhoff, Egy Fedly, Stefany E and Irna Juffe
