Google Drive Releases Document Editing Feature Automatically
JAKARTA Google Drive launched the Enhance feature to improve the display of documents automatically. This feature is designed for documents scanned through Google Drive for mobile devices.
Before this new feature was released, Google Drive had introduced a small FAB shortcut to edit documents. There are cameras with automatic shooting and editors such as cropping and playing images and applying certain filters.
In addition, there is also the ability of editing to remove stains on images, photographed fingers, and others. Although the way it works is almost the same as the Enhance feature, Google Drive users must edit manually scanned images.
This new feature is directly seen in Preview mode or after the image is scanned. According to 9to5mac's explanation, when pressing the scintillating icon in the corner of the screen, Google Drive will correct the scanned image automatically.

The action includes a white balance correction or flattening the white color on the image, removing the shadow that appears in the image, setting the level of contrast, increasing the light on the image, making the image sharper, and much more.
Enhance only works on documents scanned on Google Drive such as receipts, paper documents, identity cards, and others. This feature will help users edit images because they no longer need to do manual editing.
The Enhance feature is being released in stages for all Google Workspace subscribers, Individual Workspace Customers, and users with personal Google accounts. In the coming weeks, this feature can be accessed for free by all users.
