Digitalization Of DKI Market Becomes An Inevitable Aspect In The Current
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government together with regional development banks (BPD) Bank DKI and Perumda Pasar Jaya are intensifying the increase in financial literacy through market digitization for business actors in traditional market environments.
Acting President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono explained, this financial literacy forum is packaged in a discussion event for all stakeholders because it was attended by a number of officials from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and around 300 business actors consisting of market heads and traders from 153 markets in Jakarta.
Amirul said digitization is one of the unavoidable aspects, especially in the needs of daily transactions, including in the market environment.
"The public, especially traders, and market visitors, are now making it easier with digital banking services. In this case, Bank DKI has provided a non-cash payment ecosystem through the JakOne Abank application, JakOne Merchant, implementation of payments through QRIS, to digitizing payments in other facilities in the market environment as a form of support for market traders/MSME players," Amirul said in his statement, Tuesday, November 21.
In addition to being supported by the Synergy of the DKI Jakarta Forum, a cooperation was also signed on the management of merchant payments through the DKI Bank MPOS with Perumda Pasar Jaya.
Through this collaboration, it is hoped that traders and market visitors can transact non-cash easily and safely. In addition, traders will find it easier to record daily transactions.
