Gerindra Claims Susi Pudjiastuti Will Join The West Java Bapilu Team

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Election Winning Body (Bappilu) Gerindra West Java, Aries Marsudiyanto, claims that former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti will join the team she leads to win the 2024 General Election.

"Yes, we will include him (Susi) in the Bappilu Honorary Council," said Aries as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, November 20.

Aries said he would stay in touch with Susi Pudjiastuti to confirm his willingness to join the West Java Bappilu Gerindra to win the Prabowo-Gibran and Gerindra pairs in the 2024 presidential and election elections.

"There will be an opportunity for me to stay in touch with him to be more intense and more structured," he said.

In addition, Aries said he would coordinate with a number of West Java figures who were included in the ranks of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) to win Prabowo-Gibran and Gerindra, such as Ridwan Kamil, Dedi Mulyadi, and M. Iriawankatau Iwan Bule.

Currently, the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, is the Chair of the West Java TKD Prabowo-Gibran region.

Meanwhile, Susi herself has not yet opened her voice regarding her attitude in the upcoming elections.

Previously, PDIP presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo had visited Susi's residence in Pangandaran, West Java.

In addition, the vice presidential candidate for the Muhaimin Iskandar Amendment Coalition has also expressed his desire for Susi to join the AMIN national team.
