Duga Ada Mobilisasi Perangkat Desa Dukung Paslon Di Pilpres, TPN Ganjar-Mahfud: Ada Yang Mengenakan Baju Nomor Urut 2
JAKARTA - The Legal Director of the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Ronny Talapessy, regrets the mobilization of the mass of village officials supporting one of the presidential candidates (candidates) and vice presidential candidates (cawapres). This allegation arose because there were those present wearing certain serial number clothes.
"This is not a gathering, but this is a Campaign. Some are wearing clothes (paslon number two) and it is clear and there is a declaration of support," Ronny told reporters at the TPN Media Center Ganjar-Mahfud, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, November 20.
Ronny reminded village officials as state civil servants should be able to maintain neutrality. This is because this kind of support is tantamount to violating the Election Law, especially Article 280 and Article 282.
He asked the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) to immediately step in to oversee the allegation. Ronny said, this institution should not only wait for public reports but must pick up the ball.
"Bawaslu should not only be firm with certain partners," he said.
Moreover, recently there have been many incidents of showing symptoms of power in the election. For example, a volleyball match in the area with the police chief asked not to do volleyball, as well as BEM UI who experienced intimidation, then in Buton, an unscrupulous police officer burned Ganjar-Mahfud billboards. This incident will be reported to the police.
Ronny's allegation is that this is because there is a vice presidential candidate who is the son of the president and this is the first time this has happened. Thus, TPN Ganjar-Mahfud is making an inventory of the available evidence and its legal aspects.

They, continued Ronny, would submit reports to related parties, such as Bawaslu, Polri, and Komnas Anak. Moreover, the quick response or hotline services they have opened have begun to receive reports of alleged violations.
"We hope for public participation in the ongoing democratic process," he said.
"This is not about the five-year election and not about Ganjar-Mahfud, but this is a matter of democracy that must be maintained. Many have reported complaints," concluded Ronny.
