5 Years Of Vacuum, DEAN Will Release New Song 18 November!

JAKARTA - The singer from South Korea, DEAN finally greeted fans with his latest work. Almost five years of absence from the music industry, his label - Universal Music Korea confirmed the singer with his latest work.

"DEAN will return after 4 years and 6 months. He will promote his new song, which will be released on November 18," said Universal Music Korea today, Monday, November 13.

It is not yet known whether this song was also released with the music video or just the song.

The news of DEAN's return was marked by his active Instagram account. He uploaded a video singing a new song.

This song is confirmed to mark its latest release since the last time it released the 404 in 2019.

DEAN or Kwon Hyuk started his career as a music writer under the name Deanfluenza. He joined Joombas Music who helped work on music for EXO, VIXX, Lee Hi, DOK2, and John Park.

In 2015, he released his first single, I'm Not Sorry with Eric Bellinger in the United States. Then, he released Pour Up, his first Korean-language single and earned the Korean Music Awards.

A year passed, DEAN released their first mini album, 130 moods: TRBL received a positive response from the public globally.

His name became more popular after a duet with Taeyeon, Heize, IU, and Zico and Crush. His solo single is like Instagram dominates the South Korean music charts. He became the last collaborator of the late Sulli in the song Dayfly which was released in 2018.

After that, DEAN chose behind the scenes by collaborating on several songs for other singers. This year, he duets with Wesley Joseph to say Sugar Dive.
