Bob Vylan Calls Sleaford Mods And IDLES A "Ccut" Because There Is No Voice About Palestine

JAKARTA - The British duo Bob Vylan labeled the band Sleaford Mods and IDLES cuts' for not speaking up for Palestine.

Comments against the bands came during Bob Vylan's concert in Dublin on November 9, when the singer spoke directly to the audience to express his support to those trapped in the Palestinian/Israeli conflict.

Referring to some of the sad scenes shown on the news and social media experienced by Gazans, Bob Vylan recalled his frustration with the cutter' group who claimed to have political motivation and left wing, but remained silent about the war.

"This is not just local news, this is world news, and we are watching the babies be burned... The children are pulled from the rubble of a flat building after spending days under the rubble. How can you call yourself a left-wing political group if you don't defend people who don't have current voices?" said Bob Vylan.

"This is a very coward thing. So ignore me with IDLES, treat me with Sleaford Mods and treat me with all the apolitical bands who don't want to speak up when there's something a little doubt, a little sensitive, a little sensitive [because they] have an album of nonsense to sell," he continued.

"Come on. We can't respect them at all. Join them. This is the most beautiful song we've ever written, because Bob Dylan will fight you cowards," they added while performing Pretty Songs. Look at the footage of the moment fans are taking below.

The comments on the Sleaford Mods follow reports that the band recently stopped a concert in Madrid after the Palestinian scarf was thrown on stage.

Speaking of the incident shortly after, the band wrote on social media: 'Don't ask me to choose a side for something I don't know anything about, at a concert. I'm a singer. My job is music.'

After Bob Vylan's appearance in Ireland last night, the band also reiterated their stance through X/Twitter, adding that the band-bands that have a career as 'unseeded left-handed kambak who defend marginals' have more responsibility to speak from most people.

The idea that a group won't end a war is a stupid way of looking at it using a visibility platform. If you have a level of reach that everyone doesn't have, maybe you should use it in a way that is beneficial to the world? Even if it's just to show other people that it's okay to speak up," they wrote.

Believed we are useless for any purpose because we are musicians, actors, sportsmen, etc? It is a coward approach that gives in, continued the threat. But I forgot some of them just dressed up and would return to a conflict-free calm life when wearing the costume was no longer trendy or financially profitable.
