Development Of Revenant Hill Game Officially Stopped, Why?

JAKARTA - Developer The Glory Society announced that it would delay the launch of its co-op game titled Revenant Hill, due to serious issues.

The company announced in a post X, which said two key members in the game development were stepping down from the project for health reasons.

"Playing takes quite a long time and usually requires good teamwork. We are lucky to have a good team. Unfortunately, serious health problems have recently required two key members to resign from this project indefinitely," the announcement read.

It's uncertain whether this issue will impact the studio as a whole, but to be sure, The Glory Society confirms that this is the end of development at Revenant Hill.

"Given the reality of the schedule, budget, and the tough task of reworking the entire project in those parameters, the team peacefully decided to stop operations," the company said further.

Revenant Hill was first introduced earlier this year during the PlayStation Showcase live broadcast. Set in 1919 this game has an art style and exploration similar to Night in the Woods.

"In the future, after everything is finished, maybe we will talk about what we have done and studied together," he said.
