Indonesian Hospital The Only Hope Of Palestinians In North Gaza

JAKARTA - Indonesian hospitals in the Gaza Strip are the only hope of Palestinians in northern Gaza amid increasing Israeli attacks on the enclave, which have been bombarded relentlessly since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023. Indonesian hospitals constitute the only remaining operational hospital in northern Gaza. The number of injured victims forced hospitals to work 50 times beyond its capacity due to a shortage of medical and fuel supplies. According to a statement made by the Ministry of Health, hospitals were forced to take a serious decision by turning off the main generators due to extreme fuel shortages and relying solely on small generators under it to keep the ICU running only. Israeli soldiers on Sunday said their ground attacks in the Gaza Strip had divided the Palestinian territories into two, and "significant" attacks continued in the war against Hamas. Israeli troops "there is now Gaza's southern and northern Gaza's", said military spokesman Daniel

Fikri said the large number of injured victims forced them to be treated in hospital halls. The Ministry of Health in Gaza said the Palestinian-Israeli conflict had killed more than 10,800 people, including 9,227 Palestinians. The destruction of the Gaza Strip by Israel has also made supplies of basic necessities such as food, water, and medicines running low.
