Admittedly The Power Of Social Media, Riza Patria Says Gerindra Will Take Optimal Benefits In The 2024 General Election

JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Gerindra Party DPD Ahmad Riza Patria said he would optimize the use of social media (medsos) to win the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres)."This is an election that we will feel how powerful social media is. In 2019 we have not felt (the strength of social media), in 2024 there could be a legislative candidate who only sits in the room, but can reach Senayan," said Riza Patria at the KIM Jakarta Party Gathering in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, November 5.In addition to optimizing the use of social media, the daily chairman of the Gerindra Party DPP, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, also advised him to create winning posts spread across the Jakarta area. The joint secretariat for parties that are members of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) has also been built in the Fatmawati area, Jakarta, which is expected to increase the consolidation of KIM's party."Then Mr. Dasco also asked to prepare witnesses. Thank God, Gerindra has prepared witnesses to the RT level," said Riza.He is optimistic that within about three months, political parties that are members of KIM in DKI Jakarta will be able to win the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka."Our voices in the DPR RI and DPRD (regencies/cities, provinces) are many. This is power and we must optimize it," he said. The General Elections Commission (KPU) has received registrations for three pairs of candidates for president and vice president for the 2024 presidential election, namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD, and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. The Anies-Muhaimin pair was promoted and supported by the NasDem Party, the National Awakening Party (PKB), the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), and the Ummah Party. The Ganjar-Mahfud pair is promoted and supported by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), the United Development Party (PPP), the Indonesian Unity Party (Perindo), and the People's Conscience Party (Hanura).Meanwhile, the Prabowo-Gibran pair was promoted and supported by the Greater Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), the Golkar Party (Golkar), the National Mandate Party (PAN), the Democratic Party, the Crescent Star Party (PBB), the Indonesian People's Wave Party (Gelora), the Indonesian Republican Guard Party (Garuda), and the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), as well as the People's Fair and Prosperous Party (Prima) who did not qualify to participate in the 2024 General Election.
