Tommy Fury Agrees To Face Former World Boxer Roy Jones Jr
JAKARTA - Tommy Fury agreed to fight boxing legend Roy Jones Jr., in the exhibition party. However, this party could only happen if Tommy's father boxed Mike Tyson.
"I said, if your dad boxed Mike, you and I would be co-playing events," said the 54-year-old Jones.
Tommy answered that challenge, "Hey, let's do that."
"Let's finish this, regardless of whether Mike (Tyson) and my father are fighting each other. Roy Jones and I are in exhibition, why not?" he said again.
Roy Jones decided to retire in 2018. But he made a comeback twice, including when he boxed Tyson again in 2020 in an exhibition match.
Another party occurred last April when he lost points to former UFC champion Anthony Pettis.
Meanwhile, Tommy came with two wins against two YouTubers who also boxed, Jake Paul and KSI.
