Details Of Microsoft Official Salaries Leaked: Peak Employees Can Earn Millions Of Dollars Every Year
A leaked document outlining Microsoft's salary guidelines has revealed how top employees at the company can make millions of dollars annually.
The highest rank in leaked documents - used by recruitment managers to decide how much to offer new employees - has a base salary of up to 361,500 US dollars (Rp5.6 billion), bonuses at the time of recruitment of up to 1.2 million US dollars (Rp18.8 billion), and annual share disbursement of up to 945,000 US dollars (Rp14.8 billion).
The rank applies to members of the company who are'mitras', with higher levels believed to get paid more but not included in the leaked memo.

Microsoft's salary guidelines, which are detailed in leaks originally seen by Business Insider, suggest that the initial salary for the lowest-ranked employees covered by the memo - ranked 52 - was $42.500.
At the end of that spectrum, which is sorted by seniority and experience, employees do not receive bonuses at the time of recruitment and have a discresionary annual stock award based on their 'life stage'.
