President Director Of PT PP Novel Arsyad Called KPK Regarding Allegations Of Corruption In The Construction Of The Mandala Krida Stadium Yogyakarta

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the President Director of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero), Novel Arsyad today. He was summoned regarding the alleged corruption of the Mandala Krida Stadium project, Yogakarta.

Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said Novel was examined with the private sector, Johanes Christian Nahumury. Both were questioned as witnesses.

"Located at the KPK's Red and White building, the investigative team has scheduled summons and witness examinations," Ali told reporters, Monday, October 16.

It is not yet known the connection between Novel Arsyad and Johanes with this case. Including, the examination material carried out on both of them.

Previously reported, the KPK is developing allegations of corruption in the construction of the Mandala Krida Stadium, Yogyakarta. From the information circulating, there are new suspects who have been charged, namely Dedi Risdiyanto, who is a civil servant of the DIY HR Public Works, Housing and Energy Office as well as the Chairperson of the Mandala Krida DIY Stadium Development Working Working Group in 2016 and 2017.

In this case, three people have been charged as suspects and have undergone a judicial process.

They are the Head of Special Education for the DIY Education, Youth and Sports Office as well as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) Edy Wahyudi; President Director of PT Arsigraphi Sugiharto; and President Director of PT Permata Nirwana Nusantara (PNN) and Director of PT Duta Mas Indah (DMI) Heri Sukamto. As a result of their actions, the state is suspected of having suffered losses of up to Rp31.7 billion.
