Ghost Working On Film With Concert Elements

JAKARTA - Swedish metal troop Ghost worked on a film with a concert element, according to frontman Tobias Forge.

Speaking to Metal Hammer, Tobias Forge revealed the film was under development, and that the band had recorded concert footage for two nights.

The concert was held at the California Forum recently where on the night both of them used cell phones were prohibited from avoiding leakage.

While there is currently little known information about the upcoming film, Tobias Forge told Metal Hammer that this will be a film with concert elements. So much of what you're going through [in two shows in Los Angeles] will be part of this project."

When asked if the upcoming Ghost film will be similar to Metallica's 2013 Through The Never cinematic concert film, which includes concert footage along with the fictional plot starring Dane DeHaan, this is said Forge.

"In this sense, it is a concert with a combination of something else," he said briefly.

Forge also talked about the two Forum concerts, saying it was one of the best concerts he had ever had in his career.

I haven't seen viewers interacting like they have ever since I was in a club band. It was the best show I've ever done with Ghost, just because I don't have to see that cute phone.
