The incident when Sandi's death began when the victim and two perpetrators named Hendri and Hairul were carrying out loading and unloading junk. When loading and unloading junk took place, the victim ordered one of the perpetrators named Hairul to get out of the truck and unload the goods. This sparked a misunderstanding from the perpetrator Hairul until a quarrel broke out. The victim and Hairul quarreled behind the junk warehouse where they worked until the two of them got into a fight (fight). The fight, the victim took out a knife that caused Hairul's hand to be injured. Hendri who was on the truck immediately got off because he saw Hairul, who was his brother fighting with the victim. After getting out of the truck, Hendri took a knife from the victim's hand and then stabbed the victim's body. After stabbing the victim with a sharp weapon, the two perpetrators fled leaving the victim at the scene. Even though he was rushed to Budi Hospital (RS) Medika Bandar Lampung, the lives of the victims were not saved. The victim died as a result of his own sharp weapon stab wound. For the purposes of the investigation, police officers from the Teluk Betung Selatan Police, Bandar Lampung and the Bandar Lampung Police Criminal Investigation Unit immediately carried out the crime scene (TKP) and installed a police line at the scene. However, according to Saiful, he saw that the perpetrator Hendri was also getting out of the truck because he saw his brother fighting with the victim. "If I'm not mistaken, I saw at first glance that the victim took out a knife first and hit Hairul's hand," said Saiful at the scene. Saiful explained that the injured victim who was stabbed in a sharp weapon was immediately taken to Budi Medika Hospital but because of enough injuries seriously, not long ago the victim died and was taken to the Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital.

"He was taken to the hospital too, but died on the road. After being declared dead in an ambulance, he went straight to the Abdoel Moeloek Hospital," said Saiful. After the police conducted a crime scene investigation, one of the perpetrators named Hendri turned himself in to the Teluk Betung Selatan Police, Bandar Lampung.
