Fighting For Custody, Inara Rusli Presents Expert Witnesses At Today's Follow-up Session

JAKARTA - The divorce trial for the couple Inara Rusli and Virgoun is still continuing at the West Jakarta Religious Court. Today, Wednesday, October 11, it was Inara's turn to present psychological expert witnesses to obtain child custody.

This psychological expert witness named Adib Setiawan explained that it was fitting for custody to fall to his mother when there was a divorce. Especially for children whose age is still under the age of 12.

"The point is that custody falls to his mother if he divorces because he is a child with his parents, but if there is a divorce, he should go to his mother because he is more attached to his mother. If he is 15 years old and under to his mother," said Adib Setiawan at the West Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, October 11.

"Of course, from psychology, children 12 years and under also to their mothers, win or when they return to the panel of judges," he continued.

Previously on September 20, Virgoun presented 2 expert witnesses. The two expert witnesses presented by Virgoun are Islamic legal experts from the State Islamic University and Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. The expert witness gave information regarding the rules of child support and custody.

"The first was witness Doctor Irfan explaining about the behaviors prohibited by a wife. Then regarding the second expert from UMJ explained about the living of hadiah and idah. Where it was explained earlier about the right to care for children, both from the wife and from the husband," explained Adrianus Agal recently.
