Trucks Transport Dozens Of Accident Travelers In Malang Eating 2 People, Police Suspect Due To Brake Failure
JATIM - Trucks carrying dozens of people had an accident in the Bantar District, Malang Regency, East Java (East Java). As a result, two people died.
Malang Resort Police (Polres) suspected that the cause of the accident was that the truck had failed brakes or the brakes were not working.
"The incident occurred on Saturday (7 October) night at around 23.50 WIB. The truck drove from north to south, then the brakes failed so that the truck was out of control. The incident was handled by the Malang Police Traffic Unit," he said in Malang, Sunday October, confiscated by Antara.
Taufik explained that the truck with police number N 8892 DD which was traveling was out of control because the failed brake then hit the fence of a resident's house.
The truck driven by MZK, a resident of Bululawang District, Malang Regency, capsized. Dozens of people who boarded the truck were originally going to one of the beaches in the southern region of Malang.
"The truck hit the guardrail of a resident's house until the vehicle capsized. Two people died," he said.

In addition to causing two deaths, namely Adi and Ali, the accident also injured dozens of other people. The injured have received treatment at the nearest health care facility.
"The factors that caused the accident were the brakes failed, then there were potholes and bends," he said.
The police have asked for information from two witnesses regarding the incident. The accident resulted in material losses of around Rp. 70 million.
