Heru Budi Reveals The DKI Jakarta ASN Phenomenon To Look For Faces For Position Promotion
JAKARTA - Acting (Pj) Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono revealed the reason he repeatedly mentioned the issue of ASN begging for an increase in positions in the inauguration of echelon III and IV officials within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The ASN phenomenon is looking for this position Heru expressed in front of his subordinates at the inauguration ceremony of hundreds of administrators and supervisors which was held from Tuesday, October 3 to Thursday. Heru understands that the desire of ASN to get promotions is a natural thing if its performance is fairly good. "ASN, indeed the end of a job, of course if it is outstanding, expects promotion," said Heru at the City Hall of DKI Jakarta, Friday, October 6. However, Heru emphasized that the increase in ASN positions cannot only be looking for opportunities for the desired position and asking others to participate in recommending it. "Well, promotions are not looking for positions. That means, promotions that must be considered they must work properly, as well as KPI (key performance indicators)," explained Heru. in the inauguration ceremony of echelon III and IV the last three days Heru revealed that there were ASN within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government who were busy looking for ways to raise their positions. Heru said that his unnamed subordinates had been eyeing for promotions by asking DKI officials to participate in recommending them, while new positions were held for several months. "Until today, there are still those who are begging, WA (WhatsApp) to everywhere, I appreciate those asking me. But you are ASN. Why like playing gas? However, he will still monitor the performance of his subordinates. At hundreds of echelon III and echelon IV with that new position, Heru warned them to work properly.
