The Ministry Of Home Affairs Gives The Predicate Of The Best Regional Development Bank Ranked II To Bank DKI
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) gave the best regional development bank (BPD) assessment in second place in the big category to Bank DKI at the BUMD Award.
Meanwhile, the first rank was won by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten, and the third rank was given to PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk.
Acting (Plt) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, views the award received as an appreciation for the role of Bank DKI in improving public services and supporting economic growth in DKI Jakarta.
"The implementation of business strategies and technological innovation is a concrete step for Bank DKI to provide the best service to the community, and play an active role in advancing the regional economy through the support of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's work program as the controlling shareholder of Bank DKI," Amirul said in an official statement, Wednesday, October 4.
According to Amirul, the best BPD predicate indicator obtained by the bank belonging to the DKI Provincial Government is based on the implementation of the distribution of social assistance, namely the distribution and management of Jakarta Smart Cards, Jakarta Superior Students Cards, Jakarta Elderly Cards, Dasawisma Cards, and Jakarta Worker Cards.

Then, Bank DKI also has JakCard services as a prepaid smart card that can be used as a means of payment for various public transportation modes that are integrated in Jakarta, such as Transjakarta, MRT, LRT, to Airport/Railink Railways.
"In addition, Bank DKI also facilitates tax payments and levies through features in the JakOne Mobile application, as well as motor vehicle taxes with the Samsat Online Delivery (Si-Ondel) application which is also connected to the JakOne Mobile application," explained Amirul.
Furthermore, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi said, the assessment at the BUMD Award received would be an additional impetus for Bank DKI in carrying out its duties as a BPD that supports the development of Jakarta as an economic center.
"Bank DKI is committed to continuing to innovate and strive to become a reliable banking partner by the Provincial Government and the people of DKI Jakarta," he added.
