BMW Prepares New Generation BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe
JAKARTA - The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe was launched in 2020 and there is an update, now it is rumored that BMW will be preparing to start production for the latest generation which will become a model in 2025.
It is planned that this new version will start production from November 2024 to October 2030, this practical sedan will return to being an entry-level premium vehicle.
Previously, according to a BMW Blog report, in early July, the basic model for the US market would use 18-inch rims as a standard, while 19-inch rims would be available as optional. The existing flaring grILL feature on the larger and more expensive BMW model, will reportedly be part of this sedan's optional equipment. In terms of power, the top version of the M235 xDrive model is expected to have about 300 dk of power thanks to a 2.0 liter B48 turbocharged gasoline engine.
