The premeditated murder case carried out by Tuhari alias Mbah Slamet was revealed thanks to reports from the child victim Paryanto (53), a resident of Sukabumi, West Java. The report was received by the Banjarnegara Police on March 27, 2023.

The report is based on a message sent by the victim via WhatsApp to another child on March 24, 2023. In the message, Paryanto reported that he was at Mbah Slamet's house.

In addition, Paryanto also advised that if until Sunday, March 26, 2023, he had not returned, his two children were asked to come to Mbah Slamet's house accompanied by the police.

Based on the report, the Banjarnegara Police Satreskrim officers immediately conducted an investigation until they found Paryanto's body buried on a footpath to the Balun Village forest in Wanayasa District, Banjarnegara Regency, on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Based on the results of the examination, Paryanto was killed by Mbah Slamet by being given a drink that had been mixed with potassium (potassium cyanide). This was done because Mbah Slamet was constantly billed by the victim.
