Searching Reyna Usman's House In Bali, KPK Finds Evidence Of Transfer Of Alleged Corruption At The Ministry Of Manpower

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found evidence of transfers allegedly related to corruption in the procurement of the Indonesian labor protection system (TKI) at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). Investigators obtained it while searching the house of the former Director General of Manpower Placement and Transmigration of the Ministry of Manpower and Manpower Reyna Usman.

"The investigative team has completed a search that is suspected to be the private residence of one of the parties named as a suspect located in the Badung Regency, Bali," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, September 8.

"The proof of the transfer at the house of the Chairman of the PKB Bali DPW will be investigated by investigators," said Ali. Because the money is suspected to be related to this case flowing to a number of related parties.

"Analysis and confiscation will be carried out immediately and later it will be confirmed again to the parties summoned as witnesses," he said.

As previously reported, the KPK said that there were three suspects named in the corruption case at the Ministry of Manpower. Although the KPK has not yet submitted it, the Secretary of the Planning and Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower I Nyoman Darmanta is reportedly involved.

The value of the information system procurement project that is suspected to be the result of the perpetrators reached around Rp. 20 billion. Deputy Chairman Alexander Marwata said that this system was allegedly corrupted until it could not be used to monitor migrant workers.
