Ganjar Says Thank You To The Community, Central Java Is In The Provincial Category With Controlled Inflation
Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo attended a meeting of the Centralized Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) led by the Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian online, from Building A of the Central Java Provincial Government Office, Monday, September 4. Central Java is one of three provinces with a fairly good and controlled inflation rate.
"Central Java's inflation is not too bad, although of course we have to improve the effort," said Ganjar.
According to him, this achievement is the result of hard work in the field from regional heads. Efforts to directly check on markets have proven effective in directly intervening in inflation.
"I express my gratitude for the hard work of my friends, the regional head's contribution is quite good. But we immediately conveyed that this growth was good, it was gasted," he said.
On the other hand, Ganjar also said that this inflation, which is not too high, is also thanks to the support of the community. Especially farmers.
"Farmers with all their strengths and weaknesses, meaning their strengths and lack of assistance from us, they can still survive tremendously," he said.
Although inflation is not high, Ganjar hopes that in the future the rate of numbers will continue to be controlled. This is because El Nino's threat, which is expected to peak this September, will affect the harvest.
"It is possible that El Nino will really make our harvest a bit less good, so at some points I have directed that the potentials in good places are really accompanied so that on the upstream side it is a good wabil, especially those who have technical irrigation, yes," said Ganjar.
