Three Years Of Operation, Beauty Salon Owner Arrested For Printing Training Certificate Without Procedures
SERANG 'A woman was arrested by police officers for opening beauty practices without procedures, making training certificates and practices of health workers not in accordance with the provisions.
Head of Sub-Directorate I Indagsi Ditreskrimsus Banten Police AKBP Dony said the perpetrator with the initials ISR was a young woman who opened a salon in the Ciruas area, Serang Regency.
After conducting an investigation and obtaining evidence, ISR was taken to the Banten Police for further investigation.
"Conducting investigations in the investigation. (The result is) that the perpetrators fulfill elements of criminal acts concerning the National Education System and/or Medical Practices and/or Health Workers in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 20 of 2004 and/or Law No. 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practices and/or Law No. 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers," said Donny, in a written statement, Wednesday, August 23.
The mode used by ISR is to issue training certificates and practices of health workers that are not in accordance with the provisions.
"The mode of issuing training certificates and practices of health workers is not in accordance with the provisions and does not have an official certificate from the competent authority. This business has been running for about 3 years," he said.
The current case has been processed according to the applicable legal mechanism and has been declared P21 and stage 2.

He hopes that this case will become a lesson for the community, so that there will be no more similar incidents in the future.
"We hope that through this incident we can all take important lessons, strengthen the formal certified socialization program and competency standards as well as supervise the relevant agencies, so that similar actions do not happen again," he concluded.
