Entering The Age Of 7 Years, Jenius Notes User Growth Increases By 19 Percent
JAKARTA - Bank digital Jenius from BTPN has succeeded in increasing the user's growth trend positively. As of June 2023, the user's (registered user) growth was recorded at 19 percent.
BTPN Bank Irwan Tisnabudi's Digital Banking Head said that in the seventh year of Jenius, a total of 4.8 million users were recorded.
"Until the end of June 2023, Jenius showed a strong growth trend by recording user growth of 19 percent year-on-year to 4.8 million," he said at the Seventh Anniversary Jenius event, in Central Jakarta, Tuesday, August 22.
Not only the number of users, Irwan said that the number of third party funds (DPK) also experienced positive growth on an annual basis.
"DPK managed by Jenius increased 43 percent year-on-year to Rp24.7 trillion," he said.
Meanwhile, the total loan product, said Irwan, was recorded at IDR 1.3 trillion. This figure, he continued, grew 119 percent year-on-year.
Irwan said this positive growth was also supported by various features issued by Jenius to make it easier for users.
In 2023, Jenius presents several new features to meet the needs of the digital savvy community which is also growing.

These features include access to QRIS scans from easier Jenius applications, top ups and e-money self-management from e-wallet centers, Yay Point exchanges, extension of operational hours of activation and exchange of foreign currencies in Jenius, Jenius Paylater, and the #FlexiRasaMaksi 2 program, "he said.
Furthermore, Irwan said the features of the Jenius application also help Jenius friends to make transactions more simply both at home and abroad, regulate cash flow, and invest directly from the Jenius application.
"Jenius is grateful for the trust and support that has been given by the digital savvy community. We continue to grow with the digital savvy community on this seven-year journey," he said.
