Investigators Spill Phase 2 Of Corruption Cases In Marching Band Disdikbud NTB And ABBM Mataram Poltekkes To Public Prosecutors

NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police (Polda) handed over two files of alleged corruption cases with each 4 suspects who have P21 to the public prosecutor (JPU).

The two cases of alleged corruption, namely the procurement of a band marketing tool at the NTB Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud) and teaching and learning aids (ABBM) at the Mataram Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes).

"Yes, with the implementation of phase two, namely the delegation of suspects and evidence to the public prosecutor, the two handling cases of alleged corruption have been completed with us," said NTB Police Chief Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto in Mataram, Tuesday, August 22, confiscated by Antara.

The implementation of the second phase of the legal process was carried out by the NTB Regional Police based on a statement from the investigating prosecutor that the case files belonging to the suspects in these two cases were complete.

"One of them (evidence) relates to state losses as a result of the BPKP audit. In the marching band case, Rp702 million was found. Meanwhile, for Poltekkes Mataram, Rp3.2 billion," he said.

In the two corruption cases, he continued, investigators named two suspects each. The suspects are the power of budget user (KPA), the commitment maker (PPK), and from the private sector.

"In the marching band case, illegal acts have been found that PPK does not conduct its own approximate price survey (HPS), but for the HPS survey, PPK asks for help from the suspect from the private LB party," he said.

With the request for assistance, LB revealed the monopoly of the project so that his company emerged as the winner of the auction.

"Meanwhile, in the case of the Mataram Poltekkes, the KPA determined and determined the RAB without going through the verification and evaluation process, but made it independently so that there were several tools that were not in accordance with what was held," he said.

By revealing the picture of such cases, Djoko emphasized that investigators had found indications of malicious conspiracy in the procurement of goods from the two cases.

Procurement of the art marching band is a project from the NTB Disdikbud which will run in 2017.

State losses of Rp702 million arise from the identification of procurement budget distribution in two stages. First, worth Rp1.57 billion to be distributed to five public high schools and secondly Rp982.43 million to four private high schools.

The suspect in the case has the initials MI who acts as PPK in the position of one of the heads of fields at the NTB Disdikbud and LB who are directors of the auction-winning company.

Furthermore, for the Mataram Poltekkes case related to the procurement of ABBM in 2017, which used the Ministry of Health's budget of Rp. 19 billion.

The suspects in this case have the initials AD and ZF. The suspect is AD as KPA, while ZF
