JAKARTA - Gerindra Deputy Budisatrio Djiwandono, responded to the criticism of PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto regarding the food estate program as part of environmental crimes. The food estate has been confirmed to have been studied by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
"Regarding the assumption that this is an environmental crime, I don't think it is true. Because the land that has been prepared to realize this food estate is land that has a study given by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry," Budi said at the DPR building, Senayan, quoted by Kumparan, Wednesday, August 16.
"Yes, in terms of Central Kalimantan, this is a permit called KHKP, a Forest Area for Food Security. Indeed, the First permit and when it has been issued from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, there has been a technical study," he continued.
