A Week Monitored, Dealers And 122 Packages Of Methamphetamine Seized Under The Transaction Location Bridge
The drug dealer of methamphetamine with the initials HS was arrested in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (Kaltara). From the arrest, 122 packages of methamphetamine were secured ready to sell.
"During a week we conducted an investigation and finally caught the culprit," said Tarakan Police Chief AKBP Rinaldo Maradona in Tarakan, Kaltara, Tuesday, August 15, confiscated by Antara.
Rinaldo said HS was arrested in Selumit Pantai Village, Central Tarakan District on Sunday, August 13. The perpetrator was arrested when he was caught distributing crystal methamphetamine.
Rinaldo said this disclosure began with public reports indicating that in these areas there were frequent shabu-shabu transactions with sales modes under the bridge, which were carried out with a replacement system and lasted up to 24 hours.
Based on this information, the Tarakan Police Narcotics Investigation Unit personnel conducted further investigations and managed to collect sufficient evidence and information to arrest the HS perpetrators.

During the arrest of the suspect, the police also confiscated evidence in the form of 122 packs of methamphetamine ready for distribution with a gross weight of 25.71 grams, cash amounting to Rp1.79 million, smartphones, and wallets.
During interrogation by officers, HS admitted his actions and revealed that the item was obtained from someone with the initials AN who is currently in the search process.
"This case is clear evidence of the Tarakan Police's commitment to eradicating narcotics trafficking, as well as maintaining public security and order," said Rinaldo.
For his actions, HS was charged with Article 115, Article 120, and Article 125 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics.
