KemenPPPA Desak Aparat Proses Hukum Guru PAUD Di Banjarmasin Diduga Aniaya Anak 4 Tahun
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KemenPPPA) asked the authorities to process the law on cases of violence against a 4-year-old boy suspected of being the perpetrator of an early childhood education teacher (PAUD) in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Kalsel).
Deputy for Child Special Protection at the Ministry of PPPA Nahar encourages the apparatus to process the alleged perpetrators under the Child Protection Act.
"If this violence fulfills the element of criminal violence that causes children to suffer serious injuries in accordance with Article 76C of Law Number 35 of 2014, then the perpetrator is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of five years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 100 million," he said when contacted, Tuesday, July 1, was confiscated by Antara.
The criminal threat, he continued, is in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
Nahar said that the case of alleged violence against the victim initial E had been carried out by the South Kalimantan Regional Police. However, the alleged perpetrator has not been detained until now.
As a result of the violent incident experienced, victim E suffered a broken bone on his shoulder allegedly because his hand was pulled by the alleged perpetrator.
"The X-ray results show the skeleton bone is broken and the victim's shoulder joints are shifted," said Nahar.

Currently, the victim has been accompanied by the Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) of South Kalimantan Province.
This case of violence circulated widely on social media after the victim's mother shared stories of alleged violence experienced by her child on her social media accounts.
The victim's mother has also reported this case to the South Kalimantan Police.
