West Papua Prosecutor's Office Searches For DPO For Corruption Cases For Wondama Pier Project
MANOKWARI - The West Papua High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) is still searching for Rendi Firmansyah Yembise Rahakabauw, a suspect in the alleged corruption in the procurement of the Yarmatun pier stake in Teluk Wondama Regency, which has been included in the wanted list (DPO).
"We are still chasing it. That's the only thing, information is often leaked out," said Assistant for Special Crimes (Aspidsus) of the West Papua Attorney General's Office Abun Hasbulloh Syambas in Manokwari, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 28.
He explained that the leak of information on the search for DPO Rendi Firmansyah Yembise Rahakbauw had been investigated by experts on information and technology (IT).
As a result, it was found that external parties often monitor the movement of the prosecutor's team and then inform the DPO to immediately change locations.
"At that time, Rendi's whereabouts were known, when he wanted to be arrested he failed because the information was leaked first," said Abun.
Currently, he said, the prosecutor's team is more careful in carrying out the DPO search plan so that these efforts produce maximum results according to expectations.
The role of Rendi Firmansyah Yembise Rahakbauw in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of Yarmatum dock stakes as a third party to borrow CV Kasih profile to win project tenders.
