Get An Allocation Of IDR 56.57 Trillion In 2024, The Directorate General Of Highways Will Do This
BALI - Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) has proposed a budget of IDR 56.57 trillion for 2024.
"We convey that the entire ceiling of dipa Ditjen Bina Marga is IDR 56.57 trillion," said Director General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR Hedy Rahadian in an RDP with Commission V DPR RI in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 4.
Hedy said the ceiling was originally Rp49.31 trillion, then received an additional budget of Rp7.26 trillion in accordance with the latest revision of the Directorate General of Highways. Thus, it becomes Rp56.57 trillion.
He added that the budget would later be used for a number of programs, such as support for the development of IKN Nusantara, Batang Integrated Industrial Zone (KIT), and support for construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) section.
"Then for the launch of State Sharia Securities (SBSN), as well as the launch and acceleration of Foreign Grant Loans (PHLN)," he said.
Previously, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) revealed that the indicative ceiling for Fiscal Year (TA) 2024 was IDR 128.15 trillion. The amount of the budget is prioritized in national programs in accordance with the theme of the Government Work Plan (RKP) in 2024, namely 'Accelerated Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation'.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said, in the implementation of the 2024 FY infrastructure spending program, the Ministry of PUPR focused on completing cross-year construction work (Multi Years Contract), as well as optimizing infrastructure that had been built through the Operational, Maintenance, Optimization and Rehabilitation (OPOR) approach, and Presidential Directive.
