KPU Reveals 2 Different Party Cadres Fake Documents When Registering For NTT DPRD Candidates

The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) General Election Commission (KPU) reported that two candidates for the NTT DPRD from two parties in NTT falsified documents when they registered with the NTT KPU.

This was conveyed in connection with the results of administrative verification of a number of legislative readings of the NTT DPRD and DPD who had registered through their respective political parties at the NTT KPU.

"Two Bacaleg people from the NTT DPRD were caught falsifying documents when we verified the data," said NTT KPU member Yosafat Koli in Kupang, NTT, Monday, June 3, confiscated by Antara.

The two bahalegs who did not want to be named by the NTT KPU when registering did not honestly admit that they were ex-convicts who wanted to run as members of the NTT DPRD.

"Two bacaleg of the NTT DPRD when registering using documents are never imprisoned. This is not allowed, because they should be honest," he said.

Therefore, he said, his party had coordinated with the two legislators as well as the political party that carried both of them.

Whereas from the start, he said that his party had socialized this to political parties, but it was still an incident when verification was carried out.
