Google Presents Four New Features To Chrome IOS

JAKARTA - Google is again presenting many new features to Chome for iPhone users and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based iOS. Now, if they want to see an address in the browser, users no longer need to switch from the app.

Armed with AI, Chrome can detect addresses on the web page. Then, when the user presses and blocks the address detected, they will see the option to view it on Google Maps mini right inside the browser itself.

The company also provides capabilities for users who want to create events on Google Calendar directly on Chrome without having to take time to change apps, or copy information manually.

To do this, users just need to press the date detected and select to add it to Google Calendar. Next, Chrome will automatically create and fill in calendar events with important details such as time, location, and description.

Now, Chrome is better at using AI to detect web page languages and suggests translations, quoted from Google's official website, Wednesday, June 21.

For example, when a user wants to visit a museum in Italy, but the site is only available in the country's language, then Chrome will automatically offer to translate museum websites into the user's Mother tongue.

Certain parts of the page can also be translated using Google Translate directly in Chrome.

Finally, Google is also increasing the functionality of Lens where users can browse products or objects with images.

Such as identifying plants, getting homework assistance, and translating real-time languages. Lens on Chrome iOS can be used by suppressing the length of images that users find while browsing.

In the coming months, users can use the camera to browse with new images taken and images already in the phone gallery. The Lens icon will be present in the Chrome iOS address bar.
