Investigate Allegations Of Ancol Project Stalled, Observer: Apply For Examination To Find Novum SP3 Fredie Tan!
Legal observer and prosecutor Fajar Trio have encouraged the Attorney General's Office to uncover cases of alleged corruption in a number of stalled Ancol projects. This commented on the viral public's pressure so that law enforcement officials dismantle the case of a riot in one of the BUMDs belonging to the DKI Provincial Government.
"The Attorney General's Office and the KPK should have taken the initiative to open up investigation opportunities in the case of the alleged stalled number of projects managed by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, including the dispute polemic over the international standard management company with PT WAIP in the management and construction of ABC the best Mall and SP3 in the Fredie Tan case," Fajar said in Jakarta, Saturday, June 17.
He added that when there were doubts from law enforcement to uncover this case, he advised the public and a number of legal experts to conduct examinations related to the Ancol case. According to him, through this examination, a number of facts can be used as new evidence or novum to revoke SP3 that has been issued by the Prosecutor's Office.
"Examination can be done as a legal effort to find allegations of state losses and victims seeking justice. Including revealing new evidence for cases that have been in SP3, because SP3 is temporary and can be reopened when new evidence or novum is found that has not or has never been submitted during the investigation process until it is in pre-trial," he said.
He reasoned that the results of this examination could be the entry point for justice seekers to uncover cases of alleged corruption in a number of Ancol projects.
"The results of the examination can be new evidence that later can open this SP3, it can be Legal opinion and scientific studies conducted through scientific methodology so that the results can be scientifically accounted for," he said.

Regarding the alleged collusion of the construction agreement and management of ABC Mall, Fajar urged the role of the Indonesian Notary Association to test the integrity and alleged abuse of authority of the notary profession which made a number of agreement certificates in the cooperation.
According to him, if there is someone who often defaults in running a business, and tries to outsmart by creating a new company with a different name, the notary who makes the deed should also be examined.
"This is where the role of the Indonesian Notary Association through the Notary Supervisory Council (MPN) and the Notary Honorary Council (MKN) examine a number of corporate certificates related to the project at ABC Mall. Especially regarding the compliance of notaries in applying the principle of recognizing potential service users, including conducting background checks on those who apply for deed making, if it is proven that there is non-compliance, then a number of these deeds can be declared null and void," he said.
