Summarecon Agung Distributes IDR 115.55 Billion Dividend
PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta, Thursday, approved to distribute cash dividends of IDR 115.55 billion or equivalent to IDR 7 per share.
SMRA Corporate Secretary Jemmy Kusnadi explained that the shareholders also agreed to the remaining net profit in 2022 of IDR 658.27 billion as retained earnings balance.
"The dividend value for the 2022 financial year is equivalent to 16.1 percent higher than the 2021 financial year which was recorded at IDR 99 billion," said Jemmy, Thursday, June 15.
Based on the composition of share ownership, the company will provide IDR 39.09 billion or 33.83 percent of the total dividends in 2022 to PT Semarop Agung, while, 66.17 percent of the total dividend distribution will be contested by public investors.
In addition, in the AGMS, the shareholders also agreed to appoint Hendri Rahardja as the company's Commissioner to the AGMS in 2025.
Summarecon Agung posted a net profit of IDR 625.37 billion in 2022, an increase of 93.19 percent year on year (yoy), from the previous IDR 323.70 billion in 2021.

The issuer's net profit in the field of property and housing development was supported by revenues that reached Rp5.71 trillion in 2022, an increase of 2.69 percent yoy from the previous Rp5.56 trillion in 2021.
From the business segment, revenue from the property development business segment reached Rp3.52 trillion, which included home sales of Rp1.74 trillion, commercial building sales of Rp872.56 billion, plot revenue of Rp445.53 billion, offices of Rp19.89 billion, and others of Rp35.62 billion.
Furthermore, revenue from the investment property business segment amounted to Rp1.48 trillion, the recreation and hospitality business segment was Rp346.13 billion, and other business segments were Rp363.69 billion.
