Appearing At The 2023 Java Jazz Festival, Rizky Febian Expressed The Reason For Applying Mahalini

JAKARTA - Rizky Febian explained his reasons for applying for Mahalini some time ago. He shared that reason on the sidelines of his performance at the Java Jazz Festival 2023.

"I was once afraid of losing someone I love right now. One of the reasons why yesterday I tied him (Mahalini) was because it was very difficult," said Rizky Febian on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at JI EXPO Kemayoran.

"Zaman is now being stabbed by people, afraid of being tempted by others, that's why I just tie it so it doesn't come off, you just prove how serious I am to what extent," he continued.

In addition, Rizky was also seen not inviting Mahalini to the stage. The two sometimes appear singing Terlukis Indah or their collaborative song, Satu Tuju.

"I want to be invited (Mahalini), but he's performing next door," he said briefly.

Rizky Febian, who returned to appear at the festival, performed a number of his hits such as Mantra Cinta, Cuek, Terukis Indah, Separation It's Easy, Like his first Story and single, Perfection of Love.

"To be on this stage, I hope since 2015. I know this is not because of my own efforts but because there are band friends and crew," continued Rizky Febian.

"Without them we can't play comfortably. Every process there is someone who supports Iki," he said again.

On that stage, Rizky Febian also announced that his new album will be released this year. He closed his appearance by singing Valuable Wait.
