Ritsuo Fukadai Is Reappointed As President Director Of JTrust Bank
JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (BCIC) has agreed to reappointed Ritsuo Fukadai as the company's main director for the term of office for the next one year.
The company's AGMS also reappointed Felix I. Hartadi as director, Helmi A. Hidayat as director, Cho Won June as director, R. Djoko Prayitno as director, and Widjaya Hendra as director.
In addition, the company again appointed Nobiru Adachi as the main commissioner, Nobuiku Chiba as commissioner, Iwan Nataliaputra as an independent commissioner, and Benny Siswanto as an independent commissioner.
Director J Trust Bank Helmi A. Hidayat conveyed that the company's board of directors is valid for one year, while for commissioners it is valid for three years. "Our directors every year have three years of office for commissioners. So every AGMS, we always re-point directors or replacements, that's a normal thing," Helmi said, quoting Antara.
Meanwhile, President Director J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai is optimistic about the company's future business prospects, along with the increase in national economic growth, although it is still covered by challenges and uncertainty at the global level.
"J Trust Bank continues to focus on realizing business plans, achieving sustainable growth, and making a positive contribution to the community and society", said Fukadai.
Throughout 2022, J Trust Bank recorded a profit of IDR 86.6 billion, from previously recorded a net loss of IDR 445.4 billion in December 2021.
In addition, the company recorded credit which grew 95 percent year on year (yoy) to Rp19.53 trillion at the end of 2022, from the previous Rp10.01 trillion in December 2021.

In implementing green financing, the company provides IDR 3 trillion for sustainable business activities or 15 percent of the total credit portfolio as of December 2022.
The company's problem credit ratio shows improvement, namely gross NPL of 3.90 percent in 2021 to 1.80 percent in 2022, and net NPL of 2.32 percent in 2021 to 1.31 percent in 2022.
During 2022, J Trust Bank collected Third Party Funds (DPK) of IDR 25.66 trillion or grew 61 percent (yoy) from the previous IDR 15.95 trillion at the end of December 2021.
