Jadi Tersangka Dugaan Gratifikasi, Kepala Bea Cukai Makassar Andhi Pramono Ditetat Ke Luar Negeri
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to prevent the Head of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono from leaving the country. This prevention is related to the alleged receipt of gratuities that ensnared him.
"It is true, with the start of the investigation into the alleged receipt of gratuities from an official at the Director General of Customs and Excise at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, the KPK has proposed to prevent the relevant parties," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, May 15.
This prevention has been carried out for six months since May 12. Ali said the process could be extended according to the investigators' actions.
"KPK hopes that the cooperative attitude of the prevented party will remain present when summoned by the investigative team," he said.

The KPK has named Andhi as a suspect in the alleged receipt of gratuities. This determination began after his assets were highlighted by the public until clarification was finally made.
The anti-corruption commission ensured that the determination of the suspect was in accordance with applicable regulations. Investigators have pocketed evidence of receipts by Andhi.
It did not stop there, investigators had conducted a search of Andhi's house in the Legenda Wisata Cibubur area. From that effort, documents and electronic evidence were found.
Furthermore, the anti-corruption commission will summon witnesses who are suspected of knowing about Andhi's actions. Later, he will also be summoned as a suspect and then detained.
